how to stay cool this season ! *edgy edition

hey, it's been awhile. but i am back and better than ever :D

you're probably wondering why i have taken such a long time off. both life and school is exhausting ...but, this is not the time to talk about yours truly..so let's start!!!

alrighty friends, we'll be talking about this year's trends! where i live, it is summer all year around, so you are in the right place. this cambodian gal is gonna give you the best tips to stay cool..and definitely will not sweat your butts off.

TREND NO. 1 : BERMUDA SHORTS

you probably have no idea what bermuda shorts are, well same here. after a bit of research and lots of coffee, i found out that the reason they are called 'bermuda' shorts, is because it was the appropriate attire for business men, and let's just say..it was pretty popular amongst men. nowadays, it is worn by both men and women. clothing is less gender based and the style depends more on the person.

oh and lastly, these shorts are made from suit like material, which can range from cotton to wool, and to linen. but i'd recommend linen for the hot, cambodian weather.

TREND NO.2 : OVERSIZED JEWELRY

this trend is one of my favorites ! we're talking big, fat, *not juicy.... statement pieces. these can all be added to your boring black and white outfits. it's pretty quick and easy, but plays a big role in your fits!

TREND NO. 3 : VINTAGE DENIM

and lastly, vintage denim! wanna time travel? go back to the 80s maybe? nah we can just take a few trips to the thrift shop, after this virus though. yeah i recommend getting thrifted denim, because you can find the best ones, if you're patient.

as you might already know, they last you a lifetime. since cambodia is a conservative country, jeans are more accepted, since they show less skin. which is why it is an everyday item for everyone.
